Lovely, big purple Port with a thick, satisfying texture. Really requires a nice green leather armchair, a few burst blood vessels and a well-earned case of gout.

A luscious, rich-textured palate showing good acidity and a lovely limey, spicy finish. Intense and rich with lots going on, personally I’d be tempted to drink this on its own to really let it shine

Dense, aromatic , with a herby nose and a sweet vanilla and caramel edge. I’m thinking Dolcelatte, Gorgonzola, Taleggio- in these cases, an infinitely better cheese match than Port.
